The order must be placed exclusively through the e-commerce platform (shop.ekoala.eu) observing the contractual rules contained therein and proposed during navigation. We do not accept post dated payment proposals, by cash order, bank checks or otherwise.

The forms of payment provided on our site are proposed during the online purchase process. You can pay by credit card or by bank transfer.

If this last option is chosen, the order will be shipped only when the total amount of the order has been credited, usually it is two working days from the transfer.

SHIPPING

Delivery times and notes

Delivery times vary according to the courier chosen when ordering.

Delivery times may vary from the usual 48 hours up to a maximum of 4-5 days.

Couriers make a huge effort during the peaks of Black Friday, Christmas and Sales and it is possible that some shipments may be slightly delayed.

Phone call before the courier passes

We are sorry but it is not possible to request the obligatory telephone call from the couriers. However, we will provide all the desired contact details to the courier, but remember that they are not required to call and that the call is at the discretion of the individual courier.

Delivery of the order to an address other than your own, to a work address or to a friend

If you think you are not at home during delivery time, you can indicate the address of the place where you work or that of a neighbor.

In the same way you can indicate the address of the place where you are on vacation (including hotels) and the product will arrive comfortably at the specified address.

When you proceed with the purchase you can in fact choose to ship to the billing address or to a different shipping address.

NB: Check carefully that the address is correct in every part to avoid misunderstandings!

Shipping costs in Italy

SHIPPING is FREE in Italy for orders starting from € 60.00.

Otherwise the shipping cost is € 5.90; the courier used is GLS. Shipments and deliveries are made only on working days, from Monday to Friday.

International shipments

eKoala delivers by international courier all over the world.

Shipping worldwide is possible via the Fedex courier. Delivery times usually range from 3 to 5 working days. For some countries outside the European Union it is necessary to calculate up to 7 working days. In any case, the traceability of the package is guaranteed until its delivery. For all shipments made abroad with the Fedex courier, contact customer service to receive the tracking code, and you can check the status of the shipment on the Fedex website.

Customs fees

For shipments to Italy and the EU there are no customs fees or other extra costs.

For shipments outside the EU, customs fees or duties are required depending on the specific rules applied by the country of destination.

What to do when the product is delivered

When the courier delivers, you will need to check that the package is intact, undamaged and compliant with the standard characteristics of a package.

Any disputes must be raised immediately to the carrier, signing with "specific reserve of the damage found". In the absence of such notification, the product is considered delivered correctly.

eKoala Srl must be considered exempt from any responsibility for loss or damage to the goods from the moment in which the same is delivered without reservations to the carrier for transport.

By filling in the personal data sheet in the registration procedure necessary to activate the procedure for the execution of this contract and the related further communications for you, you authorize eKoala Srl to communicate your non-sensitive personal data (residence, telephone number) to the couriers and / or trusted freight forwarders used for the delivery of purchased goods in order to allow the procedures necessary for their delivery.

Product returns - Satisfied or refunded within 30 days

You can return a purchased product if it does not meet your needs within 30 days of receiving the goods.

Carry out the online return procedure so that your return and refund are processed faster.

  1. Log in to your account and go to the "My orders" section (top right of your screen)> Select the order and click on the "Return Items" button by selecting the items you want to return and indicate the reason for the return. If you paid by bank transfer, indicate the IBAN code for the refund. > Click on the "Send" button.
  2. Prepare the package and pack the items. Insert the packaged product, close the package and make sure it is properly sealed, intact in the original packaging, complete in all its parts. You will receive a communication to your email address that will inform you of the date and time of collection of the package by the courier.

The delivery costs are at your expense, eKoala Srl will reimburse only the value of the returned goods, excluding shipping, except for reasons attributable to us (in this case the return costs will be at our expense).

As soon as the package is returned, it will be examined and you will receive a refund.

Please take special care in handling purchased items. IIn fact, we can refund new (unused) items that have been treated with particular care and do not show alterations such as:

PRICES DISPLAYED ON THE SITE

All product prices indicated on the site are inclusive of VAT and are valid exclusively for online sales.

 

DEALERS / PRIVATE INVOICES

In the event of a purchase by a merchant, the system will ask for the SDI (Exchange System) code or a PEC email address to be entered. The electronic tax document will be available on the portal within 5-7 days from its issue. A courtesy copy in pdf format will be sent to your e-mail address with which you placed the order.

ONLINE PAYMENT AUTHORIZATIONS

The entire online payment procedure takes place via a secure connection directly connected to the NEXI manager. Should the consumer make use of the right of withdrawal, as described above, the amount to be refunded will be credited by NEXI to the account from which the payment was initially made.

 

BUYER'S OBLIGATIONS

It is forbidden for the buyer to enter false and / or fictional data in the registration procedure necessary to activate the process for the execution of this contract and the further related communications; personal data and e-mails must be exclusively their real personal data and not those of third parties or fictional ones.

The customer relieves eKoala Srl from any liability deriving from the issue of incorrect tax documents due to errors relating to the data provided by the Customer, since the Customer himself is solely responsible for the correct insertion.

The customer undertakes, once the online purchase procedure has been completed, to print and keep these general conditions, which he will have already viewed and accepted as an obligatory step in the purchase, and to print the specifications of the product being purchased.

The guarantee of the successful completion of the payment that the customer makes with the aforementioned means, is essential, so that by express agreement, the customer's non-fulfillment of this obligation will result in the legal termination of the contract without the need for a judicial ruling. without prejudice to the right of eKoala Srl to take legal action for compensation for further damage.

CONTRACTUAL RESOLUTION

eKoala Srl has the right to terminate the stipulated contract by simply notifying the consumer and / or customer with adequate and justified reasons; in this case the customer will have the right exclusively to the refund of any sum already paid.
